Find your way around Personal360
A tour of the Personal360 layout - the sidebar sections, the household selector, the search and ask bar, the setup progress strip and your account menu.
Overview
Personal360 keeps every page in the same frame. The sidebar on the left takes you between areas, the header across the top holds search, help and support, and the page you are working on fills the rest. Once you know these three parts, every module works the same way.
Before you start
- Sign in to Personal360. See Sign in and sign out.
- Some sidebar items only appear for master admins. If you do not see an item mentioned elsewhere in the Help Center, that may be why.
Steps
- Look at the top of the sidebar. Below the Personal360 name is the Household selector. Choose All households to see everything you can access, or pick one household to focus on it.
- Scan the sidebar sections:
- Dashboard - your overview.
- Family - People, Medical & Health and Health Profiles.
- Vault - IDs & Documents, File Storage, Finances, Property & Utilities and History.
- Planning - Appointments and Alerts.
- Workspace - Activity and Settings.
- Click a section title, such as Vault, to fold it away. Use Collapse all or Expand all above the list to fold every section at once.
- Use the search box in the header to find a record or ask a question. See Search and ask.
- If setup is not finished, a Setup strip sits near the bottom of the sidebar. It shows how many steps are done and links to the next one.
- Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open the account menu. It has Settings, Support and Sign out.
Example
Asha Rao looks after two households: her own and her parents'. She sets the Household selector to "Rao Parents" before checking their medicines, so every page shows only her parents' records. When she is done, she switches back to All households.
FAQs
Why do I see fewer menu items than someone else?
AI Dashboard and Cloud & Billing are only shown to master admins. Every other item is visible to all signed-in users, but what you see inside each page depends on your role in each household.
Does the sidebar work on a phone?
Yes. On small screens the sidebar is hidden. Tap the menu button in the top-left corner to open it, and tap the X or anywhere outside it to close it.
What is the "Ask Personal360" button?
It opens the assistant, which sits in the bottom-right corner of every app page. See Ask the assistant.
Troubleshooting
A page looks empty even though I added records
Check the Household selector. If one household is selected, records from other households are hidden. Choose All households to see everything.
The sidebar disappeared
You may have hidden it. Click the menu button in the top-left corner to show it again.
