Create your Personal360 account

Sign up with your name, email and a strong password, or with Google where available, then create your first household to start adding records.

Overview

Your Personal360 account is your own sign-in. It does not come with any records. Records live inside households, so after signing up you either create a household or wait for someone to give you access to theirs.

Before you start

  • Use an email address you check regularly. Password reset links and household invitations are matched to it.
  • If someone has already invited you to their household, sign up with the same email they used. Your access is applied automatically.

Steps

  1. Open the Personal360 sign-up page. It says Create your account.
  2. If you see Sign up with Google, you can use it and skip the next two steps.
  3. Enter your Full name and Email address.
  4. Choose a Password. A checklist under the field turns green as you meet each rule:
    • At least 10 characters
    • An uppercase and a lowercase letter
    • A number
    • A symbol (e.g. ! ? @ # $)
  5. Click Create account. You are signed in and taken to the Dashboard.
  6. Follow the guided setup to create your household. See Guided setup.
Tip:Use the eye icon in the password field to check what you typed before you submit.

Example

Vikram Mehta signs up as vikram@example.com. His sister had already given that email access to "the Mehta household" as an Adult. As soon as his account is created, he can see the Mehta household, without creating one himself.

FAQs

Why can't I see any records after signing up?

A new account starts with no household access. This protects everyone's data. Create your own household, or ask an owner to give your email access. See Invite household members.

Can I sign up with Apple?

The sign-in page shows a Continue with Apple button, but it is marked as coming soon and cannot be used yet.

Will I get an email when I sign up?

Yes. A welcome email is sent to the address you signed up with.

Troubleshooting

"An account with this email already exists. Please sign in."

An account already uses that email. Go to the sign-in page instead. If you forgot the password, see Reset your password.

Create account shows a password error

Check the checklist under the password field. Every rule must show a green tick before the password is accepted.
