Medical and health overview

A tour of the Medical & Health area: where health profiles, medications, reports and lab analysis live, and how they fit together for each person.

Updated 16 Oct 2026

Overview

Personal360 keeps health information per person, inside your household. It is spread across a few places, each with one job:

WhatWhere it lives
Blood group, allergies, conditions, vitals, emergency contactThe person's Health Profile (opened from the Household health panel on the Dashboard)
Medications and prescriberA person's profile → Medical section
Lab and imaging reportsA person's profile → Medical section (upload or link a file)
Everything together, across the householdMedical & Health in the sidebar

The Medical & Health page shows a row of totals at the top — Members, Households, Reports linked, Analyzed, Pending, Lab readings and Medications — and two tabs:

  • 🧬 Lab Analysis & Comparison — sync reports, open each person's lab report, and compare people side by side.
  • 🗂️ Records & Medications — every person's medications and reports in one list, with Summary, Preview and Ask AI on each report file.

Health information is encrypted at rest. Lab values are described by range status only (in range, out of range, not available).

Important:Personal360 does not diagnose and is not medical advice. Always discuss your results with a doctor.

Before you start

  • You need a household and at least one person in it. If you have none, the page shows a button to create one.
  • To add or change anything, your role must allow editing. View-only members can read but not change.

Steps

  1. Open Medical & Health in the sidebar.
  2. Check the totals at the top. Pending means reports that are linked but not yet analyzed.
  3. Open 🗂️ Records & Medications to see each person's medications and reports.
  4. Open 🧬 Lab Analysis & Comparison to sync reports and view lab results over time.
  5. To fill in someone's blood group or allergies, go to the Dashboard, find Household health, and click Add or Edit next to their name.
Tip:You don't need lab reports to get value. A blood group and a list of daily medications for each person are useful on their own in an emergency.

Example

Asha Rao sets up her household. She adds her blood group and allergies on her Health Profile, adds her father's two daily medications on his profile, and uploads his last three blood-test PDFs. On Medical & Health, the Lab Analysis & Comparison tab now shows "3 of 3 reports analyzed" for him, with a View report button.

FAQs

They still work for bookmarks. /health-records opens Medical & Health, and /health opens the Dashboard, where the household health panel now lives.

Who can see health records?

Household members whose role allows reading that household. People shared into another household are visible there read-only. On Telegram, health information is limited to the head of the household.

Does Personal360 tell me if something is wrong?

No. It shows whether each value is inside the reference range printed on the report. It never gives a diagnosis.

Troubleshooting

The page says "Start with the basics for each person"

No one has medications or reports yet. Pick a person from the list and add a medication or a report on their profile.

Pending stays above zero

Open 🧬 Lab Analysis & Comparison and click Sync now & update. Analysis runs in batches and the count drops as files are processed.
