Household health dashboard
Use Health Profiles (or the Household health panel on the Dashboard) to see blood groups, metrics, focus areas and emergency blood compatibility for everyone at once.
Overview
The Household health panel has its own page, Health Profiles in the sidebar (under Family), and also appears on your Dashboard. It turns each person's Health Profile into one household view. You'll find:
- Summary cards — household members, with active focus areas, overdue metrics, organ donors, and profiles complete (for example 3/4).
- Blood group distribution — a tile for each of the eight blood groups with a count. Click a tile to filter the table to that group. A note shows how many members are missing a blood group.
- Emergency compatibility — pick a member to see who in the household they Can DONATE red cells to and Can RECEIVE red cells from.
- A member table — Member, Relationship, Age, Blood, Conditions, Metrics (BMI · BP · HR) and Active focus, with an Add, Edit or View button per row.
Before you start
- Add people to your household.
- Fill in at least a blood group on each person's Health Profile. Empty profiles show dashes.
Steps
- Open Health Profiles in the sidebar (or scroll to Household health on the Dashboard).
- Read the summary cards. An amber overdue metrics count means someone's metrics are over a year old.
- Click a blood group tile, such as B+, to show only those members. Click it again to clear.
- Under Emergency compatibility, choose a member from Select a member….
- Use the search box (Search name / condition…) and the dropdowns (All blood groups, All members / Active focus areas / Overdue metrics) to narrow the table.
- Click a column heading such as Member or Age to sort. Click again to reverse.
- Click Add or Edit on a row to open that person's Health Profile.
Example
In the Rao household, Asha selects herself (O-) under Emergency compatibility. The panel lists every other member under Can DONATE red cells to and "— no other member" under Can RECEIVE red cells from, because only O- can give to O-.
FAQs
Why does a member show a warning sign next to metrics?
Their height, weight, blood pressure or heart rate haven't been updated in more than 365 days. Open their profile and save fresh readings.
Where does Age come from?
From the date of birth on the person's profile. If it's missing, Age shows a dash.
Can view-only members use this panel?
Yes. They see View instead of Edit and can't change anything.
What does a Limited member see?
Only their own row. A Limited member ("own data only") never sees other members' health details.
Troubleshooting
A member is missing from Emergency compatibility
Only members with a blood group appear in the picker. Add their blood group on the Health Profile.
The table says "No members match."
A filter or search is active. Clear the search box and set the dropdowns back to All blood groups and All members.
