History timelines
Keep each person's job, address and travel history with dates, and review everyone's timelines together on the History page.
Overview
Forms for visas, background checks, loans and passports often ask "where have you lived, worked and travelled?" Personal360 keeps those answers ready, per person, in three lists:

You add entries on the person's profile, in the History section. The History page in the sidebar then shows every person who has history, each with their Jobs, Addresses and Travel side by side, newest first. Each entry shows its date range, such as "2021-04-01 → present" when there's no end date.
Before you start
- The person must exist in your household.
- You need a role that can edit records to add or delete entries.
Steps
- Open People and click the person's name.
- Scroll to the History section.
- Click + Add job, + Add address or + Add trip.
- Fill in the fields. Leave End, Move out or Return blank if it's ongoing.
- Click Save.
- Open History in the sidebar to see the timeline for everyone. Click a name to jump back to that person's profile.
To remove an entry, click Delete next to it on the person's profile and confirm.
Example
Vikram Mehta adds two jobs ("Analyst @ Example Corp", 2019 → 2022; "Manager @ Sample Ltd", 2022 → present), his last three addresses, and a trip: Destination "Singapore", Purpose "Conference", Travelers "Vikram, Asha". The History page shows all three lists under his name.
FAQs
Can I edit an entry?
The forms add new entries. To change one, delete it and add it again.
Who appears on the History page?
Only people with at least one job, address or trip. Everyone else is left out to keep the page short.
Can the assistant use my history?
Yes. You can ask questions like "When did I move to my current address?" and it answers from what you've stored, within your role's access.
Troubleshooting
The History page says "No history yet."
No one in your current households has history entries. Add one from a person's profile.
Entries appear in an odd order
Lists are sorted by start, move-in or departure date. Entries without a date may sort unexpectedly — add a date.
