Overview

You can ask the Personal360 assistant questions from Telegram — handy when you are at a passport office or a clinic and need a date quickly. The bot answers only for Telegram accounts you have linked to your Personal360 account, and only within what your role allows.

Before you start

  • You need the Telegram app and a Personal360 account that belongs to a household.
  • Your administrator must have set up the Telegram bot. If it is not set up, Settings shows a note saying the bot isn't configured yet.
  • Medical and lab answers are given only to a head of household — someone who is an Owner of a household. Other members get personal and logistical answers only.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings and find the Telegram assistant section.
  2. Click Generate link code.
  3. Note the command shown, for example /link 7A3F9C2B. The code expires in 15 minutes and works once.
  4. Click the Open link next to the button to open the bot in Telegram, or search for the bot your administrator shared.
  5. Send the command exactly as shown.
  6. The bot replies Linked!. Your Telegram account now appears under Linked accounts in Settings.

Ask a question

  1. Send any message, such as "When does my passport expire?" or "What's my next appointment?".
  2. The bot answers from your records. If you are not head of household, the reply ends with a note that medical and lab records are limited to the head of household.
  3. For "how do I…" questions, the bot replies with steps and links to Help Center articles.

Example

Neha Iyer is an Owner of the Iyer household. She sends /whoami and sees that she has full access, including medical. She then asks "What was Appa's last HbA1c?" and gets the latest value with its range status. Her teenage son, a Limited member, asks the same question and is told medical records are limited to the head of household.

FAQs

Can someone else use my linked Telegram account?

Anyone with access to your unlocked Telegram app could ask questions as you. Protect your phone and Telegram with a lock, and unlink devices you no longer use.

Does Telegram see my records?

Answers are sent as Telegram messages, so the reply text passes through Telegram. Sensitive numbers are always masked in answers.

Why does the bot say I'm not linked?

Each Telegram account must be linked separately. Generate a new code in Settings and send /link with it.

Troubleshooting

"That code is invalid or expired."

Codes last 15 minutes and work once. Generate a fresh code and send it promptly, with no extra spaces.

The bot does not reply at all

The bot may not be fully set up on the server. Ask your administrator, or contact Support from the ? icon.
