Export your data
Download a complete copy of a household's records as a JSON file from the People page. Available to Owners and Adults, and every export is logged.
Overview
You can take a full copy of a household's records out of Personal360 at any time. The export is a single JSON file — a structured text format that other apps and spreadsheets can import — containing the household's people, IDs, documents, bank accounts, medical records, history and utilities.
Before you start
- You need the Owner or Adult role in the household. Limited and Member roles cannot export.
- The export contains full, unmasked values — ID numbers, account numbers and medical text. Treat the file like the original documents.
- File contents are not included. Each document lists its file name and where the file is stored, so keep your originals or connected storage as well.
Steps
- In the sidebar, click People.
- Find the household you want. Its name and your role appear at the top of its section.
- Click Export data at the top-right of that household's section.
- Your browser downloads a file named like
personal360-export-….json. - Save it somewhere safe and private, such as an encrypted drive.
What the export includes

| Utilities | Provider, type, account number, monthly cost, autopay, renewal date |
| People | Names, date of birth, gender, ID numbers, phone numbers, addresses |

Each export is recorded as an EXPORT entry in the Activity log.
Example
Before moving abroad, Sunita Kulkarni, an Owner of the Kulkarni household, clicks Export data and saves the file to an encrypted USB drive. Her husband, an Adult, can see the matching EXPORT entry under Activity with her name and the time.
FAQs
Does the export include my uploaded files?
No. It lists each file's name and where it is stored. Download important files separately with Download, or keep them in your own Google Drive, OneDrive or NAS.
Can I export only one person?
The export covers the whole household. If a person belongs to a different household, export that household separately.
Is the export encrypted?
No. It is a plain, readable file so you can use it anywhere. Protect it with your own encrypted storage.
Troubleshooting
I don't see Export data
Your role in that household is Limited or Member. Ask an Owner to export for you or to change your role.
