The Activity log
See who viewed, revealed, downloaded, exported, changed or asked about your household's records, and when — on the Activity page.
Overview
The Activity page is your household's audit trail. It shows who did what, to which kind of record, and when. Use it to check that only the right people are opening sensitive records, or to see what changed recently.
Before you start
- Any signed-in member can open Activity. You see entries for the households you can read, plus your own account actions.
- The page shows the most recent 200 entries, newest first.
- If a single household is pinned in the sidebar selector, you see that household's entries and your own.
Steps
- In the sidebar, under Workspace, click Activity.
- Read the table. Each row has: | Column | Meaning | |---|---| | When | Date and time of the action | | Who | The person who did it | | Action | What happened (see below) | | Entity | The kind of record, such as Document or Person | | Detail | Extra context, when available |
- Look at the Action badge to spot sensitive events quickly:
- REVEAL, DOWNLOAD, EXPORT — someone saw a full value, opened a file, or exported data.
- DELETE — something was removed.
- CREATE and UPDATE — a record was added or changed.
- VIEW and LOGIN — a record was viewed, or someone signed in.
- BOT_QUERY — someone asked the assistant a question.
- PASSWORD_RESET_REQUEST and PASSWORD_RESET — a reset link was requested or used.
- To review more households, choose All households in the sidebar selector.

Arjun, an Owner in the Mehta household, opens Activity after an insurance claim. He sees a REVEAL on a Document by his sister Priya on Tuesday evening and a DOWNLOAD of the same policy a minute later. That matches the claim she filed, so nothing is wrong.
FAQs
Can I delete entries from the Activity log?
No. The log can't be edited from the app, so it stays a trustworthy record. Entries for a household are removed only if the whole household is deleted.
Does the Activity log include AI usage costs?
No. Household Activity covers record access. AI usage and cost reporting is in the master-admin AI Dashboard.
Why do I see sign-ins but not other people's sign-ins?
Sign-ins belong to a person's account, not to a household. You always see your own LOGIN entries, but not other members' sign-ins. Their actions on household records — views, reveals, changes — do appear.
Troubleshooting
The page says "No activity yet."
Nothing has been recorded in your scope yet, or you have a household pinned that has no activity. Switch to All households and check again.
I see a reveal or export I don't recognise
Note the Who and When. Ask that person first. If you think an account has been misused, change its password and contact Support from the ? icon. See Account security tips.
